ISOs will not survive if they don’t do what is right for their clients. Many ISOs try to make the highest commissions on a transaction. It’s a just matter of time before you go out of business.   Why? There are other ISOs who are willing to make less and at renewal time they will contact your client and ask to review their contract. Once they review their contract they will explain to them that the previous broker made a huge commission check and they could have offered them something better. In addition, if you continue to make the most money from your clients, you need to go out and look for more clients. The job becomes more difficult. Organic growth is the best growth for companies.
